Need and Importance of Acai Berry Diet Plan in Your Weight Loss Journey

When you start your weight loss program, you probably hear about plenty of diet plans that promise you to give the right results. However, when you decide to go for one particular diet plan, you have to understand in and out about that particular diet so that you do not miss out on the important details.

One of the most important and transforming diet plans that you can find these days is the Acai berry diet plan. As an online dietitian coach, I suggest my clients to try out this diet plan because it has a lot of benefits to offer.

How does this diet plan help you?
The Acai berry has a lot of anti-oxidant properties to start with. These purple colored berries don’t only help you lose a lot of weight, but it also help you fight against cancer and other harmful diseases.

However, although here I am talking about an Acai berry diet plan, there is no specific diet plan for the same. You do not have to just keep eating Acai berry throughout the day. What you have to do is add Acai berry on your daily diet and see the magic.

Here are a few Acai berry recipes that you can try –

Acai Berry Dessert —you can make desserts like frozen yoghurt and add Acai berries on your dessert to satisfy sweet tooth and make it healthy. Here is the recipe for you—
7 ounce of fresh Acai puree
Fresh pomegranates 1 cup
32 ounce Greek Yoghurt
½ cup of lime juice
½ cup of honey
1 table spoon vanilla extract

At first toss the frozen pomegranate arils with the Acai puree, honey, vanilla, and lime juice. Now drain the liquid from the fruit and honey mixture right into the yogurt and set aside. Now whisk until it’s smooth and Pour the yogurt base into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. In the last two minutes of mixing, pour in the Acai-pomegranate mixture and then freeze for a little bit to allow the frozen yogurt to solidify.

The Acai Berry Breakfast Platter – You can consume Acai berries anyway you want. Make an Acai Berry smoothie.  Add them in your breakfast platter. Here is what you can do—

Add any of your favorite fruits and nuts. You can also add spinach, banana, or nuts. Add some apple sauce.

Blend everything in a blender until its smooth and then serve it. This will give you great satisfaction to your hungry stomach.
